Is it true?

Many people question the ability for a person to have a sixth sense, or rather an extrasensory perception (ESP), the ability to sense things from the non-physical world. One of the big arguements is that a person cannot anticipate what will happen in the future; but if you think of this in the manner of the 4th dimension, which is Time itself... Time is not real, time is only measurable by distance going at a certain rate. Ex., different planets have a different rate at which time passes because they are different distances from the sun. So how can one say that a person cannot predict the future? If time is only the amount of a distance, going at a certain rate, then why cant a person anticipate something that isnt measured in "time" but in distance, in the flow, in the web of material itself?

I personally find myself very interested in the sixth sense; I find it as an ability that the majority of humans have greatly lost. The sixth sense can also be somewhat related to the third eye. They are all in sense the same thing; they all involve interaction with the non-material world, the ability to do something that normal people cannot do. And perhaps that is why it has wrung up such controversy; because many people do not have that ability, and so they do not believe it to be true.  I hope that the way in which I'm thinking doesn't offend anyone; but I am really just giving my own thoughts about this controversy.
